PHARMACEUTICAL, CHEMICAL AND HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY

In the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, and Healthcare industries, the use of basic stainless steel components is insufficient. It is essential to employ specific connections, such as Tri Clamp ASME BPE (BS 4825) and DIN 32676, designed to ensure hygienic and secure mounting. Compliance with FDA and ASME BPE standards is crucial for proper internal cleaning, reducing contamination risk and ensuring operational safety.

Pneumatic Actuator: A critical component in hygienic processes, it allows remote flushing of CIP (Clean-In-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-In-Place) fluids without disassembly. This guarantees optimal cleaning, prevents cross-contamination, and enhances the reliability and safety of the production plant.

Materials and Process Fluids: Valves and seals must comply with FDA and USP Class VI standards to withstand high-temperature steam and aggressive chemicals. These certifications confirm non-toxicity and biocompatibility, ensuring no harmful release into pharmaceutical or healthcare products.

Safety valves are deployed in critical systems such as sterilization autoclaves and industrial sterilization units to prevent overpressure and ensure consistent product quality and personnel safety.

Tri Clamp Connections: Compliant with ASME BPE and DIN 32676, Tri Clamp fittings provide quick, hygienic, and tool-free assembly. Their seamless internal design minimizes contamination risks.

We offer fittings compliant with ASME BPE Part SD – 3.11.1, ensuring a valve body length-to-ID ratio of less than 2.0 for optimal cleanability, and FDA 21 CFR Part 177.2600 for compatibility with pharmaceutical and food-grade applications.

Our safety valves, with a set pressure up to 8 barg, can be fitted with a pneumatic actuator for remote operation and internal flushing. Options include proximity sensors for position feedback or manual test levers/nuts for manual activation and maintenance.
